The F-1 visa student's insurance is called Cigna Open Access Plus and uses the Cigna Network providers.
You can create your student cigna account by downloading the mobile app or by going to CignaEnvoy.com and within the "Customers" section, select "Register", this allows you to register and gain access to your insurance card, search the provider directory, and view your claims. Look out for your Cigna welcome email in your school email account that contains your medical ID card and instructions on how to create your Cigna account. You can also call Cigna toll free at 1 800 441 2668 for assistance in acquiring your ID card.
